description:	Epitope-specific mAbs 7F2-31, 11E6-7, and 5C2-4 had about a 3-fold lower affinity for digitoxin than for the epitope. The Ki values of mAbs 7F2-31, 11E6-7, 5C2-4 for digitoxin were 3.3, 14, and 50 nM, respectively, as determined by competitive radioligand binding to [3H]digoxin.
