name:
Clinical and immunologic evaluation of trimellitic anhydride-and phthalic anhydride-exposed workers using a questionnaire with comparative analysis of enzyme-linked immunosorbent and radioimmunoassay studies.
description:
The four responders are from the high exposure group. Two had none or only irritant symptoms while 2 had rhinitis. For the donor with higher reactivity, with total antibody binding to both TMA and phthalic anhydride, there was no cross-reactive antibodies for both haptens. Similar results were found by RIA.
