The epitope-reactive mAb 2E1 immuoprecipitated T cell surface adhesion receptor E2 (CD99) from Molt13 T cell extracts. MAb 2E1 immuoprecipitated three proteins, E2, EPR-1, and Ku80, from Molt13 cell extracts and immunoblotted the proteins in extracts from human cells lines HL-60 and U937, human umbilical vein endothelial cells, and activated PBMCs.
