| description: |
The epitope-specific antibody responses appeared early in the disease course, varied in time and could not be correlated with the duration of the disease. The titre of epitope-specific antibody varied in parallel with anti-dsDNA antibody titre. The anti-dsDNA serum activity could be inhibited by the epitope at 95%, and the epitope-specific serum activity could be inhibited by dsDNA at 70%.
