description:	The 4B4 Ig molecule inhibited the epitope-specific anti-CDR2 Ab binding to the coating 4B4 Ig molecule in an ELISA. Western blot showed similar results. The epitope-specific anti-CDR2 Ab reacted with 25 of 76 SLE sera and 3 of 36 Sjogren's syndrome sera in ELISA.
