description:	Epitope affinity-purified autoantibodies from a lupus patient were used to select the peptide from a random heptapeptide phage display library. The peptide is the consensus sequence motif found in 10 clones. The anti-epitope Ab reacted with the phage displayed peptide by dot blotting and very weakly by Western blotting.
