The peptide was able to inhibit binding of the epitope-specific mAbs to bonnet monkey ZPB measured by immunofluorescence. The peptide also inhibited binding of the mAbs to recombinant bonnet monkey ZPB in ELISA. The mAbs also recognized the peptide in direct ELISA.
