| description: |
Epitope-specific scFv 82D6A3 construct of 82D6A3 bound to vWF by ELISA. Mutants with single alanine substitutions of residues in 82D6A3 that form hydrogen bonds or salt bridges with the A3 domain of vWF showed that heavy chain residues N31, Y32, D99, P101, Y102 and Y103 had a strong effect on binding, heavy chain residue W50 and light chain residue H49 had a moderate effect, and heavy chain residue N54 and light chain residues Y32, P56, D92 and R95 had a minor or no effect.
