name:
Two-dimensional NMR investigations of the interactions of antibodies with peptide antigens.
description:
NMR was used to discern the size and conformation of the epitope. Mono-specific antibodies (TE34) raised against the 15 residue peptide were characterized and found to be reactive with residues 8-15. Contact residues were identified as H8, I9, D10, K13, K14 and A15. The authors state that this antibody was not reactive with the whole cholera toxin (data not shown).
