The LPS-derived epitope connected to core oligosaccharide (OAgC) inhibited the binding of N203 to Francisella tularensis SchuS4 vortexate. The mAb N203 showed barely detectable binding to OAgC by ELISA, presumably due to poor adherence to ELISA plates.
