name:
Fine specificity and isotype expression of anti-PC antibodies in BALB/c, MRL/Mp-lpr/lpr, and -(+)/+ mice at different ages.
description:
Phosphorylcholine (PC) was able to inhibit antiserum binding to plate-coated PC-HSA. In the initial antibody response to PC, most of the Ig expressed the TEPC-15 idiotype. In the later memory response to PC, less antibodies expressed the TEPC-15 idiotype.
