| name: |
Evaluation of a synthetic peptide as a replacement for the recombinant fusion protein of respiratory syncytial virus in a potency ELISA.
|
| description: |
Motavizumab binding to the candidate peptides was determined by SPR. The peptides were synthesized to represent the motavizumab binding region on the antigenic site A of the full-length RSV F protein. F-peptide-11 was prepared with a terminal cysteine to facilitate coupling to a carrier protein in the event that the peptide could not be coated directly onto an ELISA plate.
