description:	The isotype of mAb M2164 was IgG2b. The epitope-specific mAbs recognized the peptide. The epitope sequence was deduced by study of overlapping peptides. A longer fragment spanning aa (294-494) was also recognized. A phage library displaying 12-mer random peptides was screened against the mAb M2171 and residue W3 was identified as critical residue.
