description:	The strongest response was observed after immunization with the GST-I-(Aß9)16 construct. The isotype of the induced Abs were primarily IgG1, with some contribution of IgG2b. The Abs were specific to Aß42 monomers and oligomers, and did not recognize Aß42 profibrils or mature fibrils.
