description:	Epitope-specific IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 levels before and after the heart transplant were the same. ELISPOT showed that lymphocytes from spleens of double transplant recipients were positive for epitope-specific Ab-producing B cells. Bone marrow and peritoneal cavity were negative.
