name:
Antigen-specific anti-phosphocholine antibodies: binding site studies.
description:
The epitope is stated to be part of an undetermined antigen of A. suum.
The epitope-specific hybridomas were reactive with the soluble antigens from S. pneumoniae by direct and inhibition ELISA, where it competed the binding to the epitope. Three of the hybridomas are IgGM, 1 is IgG3 and 1 is IgG1, while another couldn't be isotyped.
