The mean level of reactivity for borderline lepromatous (BL) and lepromatous (LL) leprosy patients to the glycoconjugate is higher than in tuberculoid and borderline leprosy patients. When discriminated, LL patients with active disease had higher mean levels of reactivity than those with inactive disease.
