distance and represent a joined epitope, since it is slightly different in these structures: [PDB: 2QQL] epitope misses R138 residues, while [PDB: 2QQK] epitope misses Y45 and F72 residues.
The epitope of anti-pan NrpA Fab on Nrp2 extracellular domains a1a2b1b2 was determined from the crystal structure of the complex solved by molecular replacement. The complex crystallized in two forms, monoclinc (this structure) and trigonal (2QQL) space groups.
