The epitope of anti-pan Nrp^A Fab on Nrp2 extracellular domains a1a2b1b2 was determined from the crystal structure of the complex solved by molecular replacement. The complex crystallized in two forms, monoclinc (this structure) and trigonal (2QQL) space groups.
