name:
Heterogeneity of human anti-pig natural antibodies cross-reactive with the Gal(alpha1,3)Galactose epitope.
description:
The epitope-BSA conjugate inhibited the binding of natural human Ab to pig cells, to bovine thyroglobulin, and to epitope-BSA conjugate. Human sera were also shown to bind to the epitope-BSA conjugate in a direct ELISA. The affinity purified sera reacted with epitope-BSA conjugate and porcine PBMCs.
