name:
Epitope analysis of an HLA-B27-derived synthetic peptide: a possible approach to analyzing HLA class I antigens.
description:
The epitope-specific mAb F3H7 reacted with 6 of 7 HLA-B27+ and 4 of 6 HLA-B7+ lymphoblastoid cell lines in a microcytotoxicity assay. The authors could not conclude that F3H7 reacted with the HLA-B27 antigen because the mAb did not react with HLA-B27+ PBLs or HLA-B27 transfected cells.
