name:
Genetics of the phosphocholine-specific antibody response to Streptococcus pneumoniae. Germ-line but not mutated T15 antibodies are dominantly selected.
description:
The epitope-specific mAbs were shown to react with the epitope-containing C-polysaccharide of S. pneumoniae. The presence of germ-line or mutated heavy and light chains was analyzed as a function of the binding affinity. The Antibody object curated is for the IgM with higher affinity of those tested (253.12D3).
