name:
Rational design and immunogenicity of liposome-based diepitope constructs: application to synthetic oligosaccharides mimicking the Shigella flexneri 2a O-antigen.
description:
A significant IgG response to the S. flexneri 2a LPS was obtained in mice immunized with the epitope-bearing liposomes. The response was predominantly IgG1 and IgG3, suggesting a Th2-type response is induced with the liposome-Th epitope-B cell epitope construct.
