The epitope-specific mAbs were bound to other DRB1 and DRB3 molecules to ascertain differences in sequence that contribute to specificity of recognition. The mAbs bound to DRB1*0301, 1102, 1103, 1104, 1301, 1302, 1401, and 1402. I-LR2 also bound strongly to DRB3*0101 and intermediately to DRB3*0301.
