Treatment plus cyclosporine (Group 1) led to an increased response to the epitope. Treatment plus anti-CD40L (Group 2) markedly decreased the response to the epitope, although the response eventually returned to pre-treatment levels. Treatment plus cyclosporine and anti-CD40L (Group 3) slightly decreased the response to the epitope.
