name:
Fine epitope mapping of monoclonal antibodies against hemagglutinin of a highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza virus using yeast surface display.
description:
The epitope was deduced.
The epitope was deduced by loss of binding when the HA protein molecule was mutated at the epitopic residues. The epitope specific mAb bound to yeast-displayed HA0 and HA1 but not to HA2 and the mAb also bound to heat-denatured HA1 on yeast.
