Structure of a core fragment of glycoprotein H from pseudorabies virus in complex with antibody.
|
| description: |
The epitope of Fab A13-D6.3 on the core fragment of PrV envelope glycoportein H ectodomain was determined from the crystal structure. The disordered regions in the gHC structure are the N-terminal segment of 34 amino acids (107–130), five internal loops (198–210, 448–450, 469–482, 543–546, and 603–607) and the C-terminal five residues that connect to the TM region (634–639). There are two complexes in the asymmetric unit in which antigen-antibody contacts differ. Therefore they are curated as different assays.
