description:	The structure of the epitope-specific Fab S25-2 cocrystallized with the Kdo analog 5-deoxy-4-epi-2,3-dehydro-Kdo(4->8)Kdo was solved by molecular replacement. The structure of S25-2 in complex with 5-deoxy-4-epi-2,3-dehydro-Kdo(4 → 8)Kdo was determined both by soaking the antigen into crystals grown in the presence of Kdo [PDB: 2R1X] and by cocrystallization (this assay). No significant difference was observed between these two structures, and the observed contacts were similar.
