| name: |
Mapping the binding of synthetic disaccharides representing epitopes of chlamydial lipopolysaccharide to antibodies with NMR.
|
| description: |
The mAb was purified by affinity chromatography using as immobilized ligand Kdo-(2-4)-Kdo-(2-6)-a-GlcNAc-(1-6)-a-GlcNAc 1,4'-P2. A detailed analysis of the reactivity to the epitope-allyl structure was done by NMR techniques such as trNOESY, QUIET-trNOESY, STD NMR and STD TOCSY NMR experiments. It was shown that the most important part for binding to the mAb was the nonreducing Kdo unit.
