description:	Epitope residues are calculated from the structure [PDB: 3OR7] as the antigen residues at 4 Å distance from the antibody. The epitope of Fab on the KcsA potassium channel with mutation E71Q (flickery mode) was determined from the crystal structure of the complex, solved by molecular replacement. The C-terminal 35 amino acids of KcsA were removed by proteolysis.
