description:	The epitope residues are calculated from the PDB structure [PDB: 1G9M] as the antigen residues at 4 Å distance from the antibody. The epitope for the monoclonal Fab was determined by the crystal structure of the Fab with gp120 core and two-domain CD4 (d1d2). The GP120 core protein had Gly-Ala-Gly tri-peptide substitutions for the V1/V2 and V3 loop regions.
