The epitope of nanobody Nb5 on KREPRA6 was determined from the crystal structure of the complex. There are two KREPA6 and two Nb5 chains per asymmetric unit, with KREPA6 forming a dimer (that is the nanobody binds the dimer while the antigen exists in solution as a tetramer).
