The epitope of Fab 3M4F4 on the NY-ESO-1(157-165)/HLA-A*0201 complex was determined from the crystal structure, solved by molecular replacement. The NY-ESO-1(157-165) peptide analog with a C9V substitution was used. Fab 3M4F4 contacts the HLA-A2 molecule (chain A) and the peptide (chain C).
