description:	Reactivity with the epitope was measured using a lipid array. Lipid arrays identified autoantibodies directed against the epitope in mice with EAE. Epitope-specific antibodies were very low before induction and immediately after induction of EAE, whereas substantial reactivity was detected after development of paralysis.
