| name: |
Developing subunit immunogens using B and T cell epitopes and their constructs derived from the F1 antigen of Yersinia pestis using novel delivery vehicles.

| description: |
Immunization with the epitope using liposomes adjuvant produced a stronger response than alhydrogel adjuvant. H-2b, H-2d, H-2k and H-2q mice all produced a positive response. All mice strains showed very high IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b Ab levels, but IgG3 level was negligible. Mice immunized with a peptide conjugate containing the epitope produced the highest response 42 days after immunization.
