description:	Immunization of Rag2-/- mice that received naive B cells and CD4+ T cells from wild type mice produced a NP-specific primary IgM response in recipient mice, measured 10 days after immunization. The combination of B and/or CD4+ T cells from SD2D1A-/- mice produced a severely reduced response.
