The crystal structure of Fab MOR03268 in complex with the epitope was determined and solved by molecular replacement. The epitope induced Fab dimer formation. Two different crystal forms of the Fab-epitope complex were identified. The tetragonal crystal form 2, curated here, appeared only after several weeks and contained two Fab molecules in the asymmetric unit bound to the dimerized hapten.
