description:	The epitope-specific 2G12 I19R variant antibody bound to heat-killed C. albicans which express Manalpha1,2Man motifs. The 2G12 I19R variant bound with about 10-fold lower affinity than the WT 2G12 antibody (1200 nM vs 130 nM). The antibodies did not bind to S. cerevisiae.
