| name: |
Biotin sulfone as a new tool for synthetic oligosaccharide immobilization: application to multiple analysis profiling and surface plasmonic analysis of anti-Candida albicans antibody reactivity against alpha and beta (1-->2) oligomannosides.

2) oligomannosides.-->
| description: |
The epitope conjugated to biotin was used to coat magnetic and fluorescent beads derivatized with avidin. The reaction of the mAb to the beads was tested both in multiplex fluorescence detection (Luminex) and in Surface Plasmon Resonance assay. The reactivity in the latter assay was negligible.
