Synthesis-based approach toward direct sandwich immunoassay for ciguatoxin CTX3C.
|
| description: |
The dissociation constant for epitope-specific mAb 10C9 binding to CTX3C was determined by competitive ELISA. MAb 10C9 did not react with the IJKLM ring structure of CTX3C. MAb 10C9 was used in a direct sandwich ELISA as the capture antibody, along with mAb 3D11 which recognizes CTX3C-IJKLM as a detector, to detect CTX3C in a dose-dependent manner.
