name:
Covalent binding of nitroso-sulfonamides to glutathione S-transferase in guinea pigs with delayed type hypersensitivity.
description:
Sera from guinea pigs immunized with the epitope showed a positive IgG reaction to experimentally generated conjugates of the epitope with guinea pig GST. More importantly, purified GST from the liver cells cytosol from the immunized animals was as good as antigen as the experimentally generated epitope-GST conjugate, confirming in vivo conjugation of the epitope with liver GST in epitope-administered animals.
