| name: |
The epitope and neutralization mechanism of AVFluIgG01, a broad-reactive human monoclonal antibody against H5N1 influenza virus.
|
| description: |
Attempts to map the epitope specificity of the mAb were made using mimotopes from a random peptide phage display library. No consensus sequences or common sequence motifs were found in the selected mimotopes that could be used to deduce the epitopic HA residues. The epitope specificity of the mAb was therefore determined with mutagenesis.
