The affinity of epitope-specific Fab 4E11 binding to domain III of Dengue virus 4 envelope protein was determined at equilibrium in solution at 25ºC, measured by competition ELISA. Fab 4E11 bound weakly to DIII from Dengue virus serotype 4, and bound better to DIII from serotypes 1, 2 and 3, in that order.
