The epitope was printed on a glass microarray by covalent bond of the p-aminophenyl spacer to NHS-activated glass slides. The reactivity of the specific antisera was revealed with anti-IgG/M/A-AlexaF488 conjugated secondary antibody. None of the five non-infected, non-vaccinated controls reacted with the epitope.
