| name: |
Synaptic protein ubiquitination in rat brain revealed by antibody-based ubiquitome analysis.
|
| description: |
The epitope-specific mAb was used to isolate and identify trypsinized peptides with a diglycine tag on lysine residues in order to characterize the ubiquinated proteome in rat brain. The mAb was specific for K-GG (diglycine modified lysine residue) and did not react with linear GG peptides or pseudo K-GG peptides derived from iodoacetamide. A total of 1786 KGG sites on 2064 peptides in 921 proteins were identified.
