Significantly higher levels of M2e-specific antibodies were detected in the two epitope-MAP-immunized groups than in the epitope monomer group after primary immunization. After booster immunization, levels of specific antibodies in the (M2e)4-tuftsin group and (M2e)4-G4 group both increased.
