Sera from mice immunized with the Enterobacterio phage MS2 coat protein-based VLP containing the HPV16 epitope were tested against the 14-40aa fragment from related HPV L2 proteins. The immunogenicity of a AB-loop VLP was significantly less effective than the N-terminal epitope MS2 coat VLP.
