description:	The epitope-specific mAb reacted with the immunogen C. burnetii NMI Ag in ELISA and Western-blot. The reactivity was specific for the LPS component based on Proteinase-K insensitive reactivitiy and the lack of reactivity to the same strain but from a phase II clone which lacks the complete LPS O-Ag and outer core.
