name:
Immunodominance of antigenic site B over site A of hemagglutinin of recent H3N2 influenza viruses.
description:
Reactivity (relative Kd) towards WT A/Oklahoma/309/2006 HA protein was determined by direct ELISA. A significative (>30%) reduction was found in presence of mutations HL156-157KS in 6 subjects, KFK158-160GST in 11 subjects, NDQI189-192QEQT in 5 subjects and A196V in one subject, for a total of 11 subjects sensitive to mutations in this antigenic site.
