Epitope-specific plasma IgG2a/c was detected in mice primed with the AB1-42 peptide encoded in pDNA and then boosted with the epitope alone. Reactivity was low or non-existent following immunization with AB1-42 alone given with QuilA or with AB1-42 encoded plasmid alone or AB1-42 peptide prime, pDNA boost.
