The epitope-specific affinity matured mAbs (HC33.2.1, HC33.2.4, HC33.2.8, HC33.3.1, HC33.3.4, HC33.3.8, HC33.6.4, HC33.6.8) were shown to block cell infection by 2a JFH1 HCVcc by >80%.
